it's funny when you meet certain people and you're linked to a common friend,you instantly get this feeling like 'the world is so small'.
this actually happened to me a few times but i'm gonna tell you about the one that happened today.
or should i say it happened a couple of months ago i just didn't know it until today.
i remember after i came to Australia not long and one night i was online as usual and Ruth decided to introduce me to her friend A. Teow through MSN.
so we chatted a few times after that on MSN but he's never always online or he just left his MSN on but was away.
anyways,to those who have followed my blog all these while,i'm sure you've read a post of me hanging out with my Malaysian friends here in the city? plus i went over to their place to stay for a night and smoked SHISHA.
so today afternoon i was online in the Lane Cove library near my apartment and i finally managed to upload the pictures i took at Tommy & Jynn's place.
so Jynn tagged the other girl whom is her house mate on the photo because it was a picture of her.
of course,i can see her name there right? so i went and view her profile and hopefully to add her as a friend.
so you know when you view people's profile that you aren't friends with, and you can see who are your common friends with that person? right?
so i saw Ruth's friend A. Teow on the COMMON FRIENDS list.
i began to wonder if they were related because they certainly did have the same surname.
so i messaged Ruth in facebook chat hoping she could ask A. if he and the girl are related.
then Ruth said A. wasn't with her so she went and just view his profile hoping to find something.
to her surprise,the girl was in his info under SIBLINGS and Ruth of course remember that he had told her before he have an elder sister studying here in Australia.
so both of us was kinda shocked that i met his elder sister here,trust me,i was shocked as well lol i never expect the world to be so small. i should say TINY. hahaha~
anyway it was funny and let's pray she'd approve me as a friend in facebook.
