Yesterday (Friday) my church had a Bollywood Night for the girls.
it's a women's event but i didn't go all because i am broke.
gotta pay $20 per person. haha.
anyways, today i've watched 2 Hindi movies at home, well i should say 1 is a Hindi movie and 1 is a Bollywood based movie.
the movies are Garam Masala for the Hindi one and Bride & Prejudice for the other.
i kinda like both but i do personally think Bride & Prejudice is nicer.
the ending for Garam Masala wasn't that good, i mean aside from the fact they showed that the main character's relationships with few different girls being spilled and that's it. hmm...they can do better.
as for the Bride & Prejudice,i liked the whole movie, the ending as well. at least it's a happy one.
i didn't know Alexis Bledel from Gilmore Girls is in the movie,it was a surprise to me. but i like it.
i loved her in Gilmore Girls and not so much in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants but she was good and suit the character much,the goodie goodie girl and i quite liked her in Bride & Prejudice although she only appear not long. hehe..
but overall,Bride & Prejudice would be my recommendation. =)
