About Bread Shops

i always wonder...in Malaysia..those bread shops like Breadtalk, Breadtop,maybe even quality ones like Delifrance, do they sell bread that has been left overnight? as long as they finished their stock? i think they do right?

i've learnt that bread shops here..or particularly one famous bread shop Baker's Delight, they don't sell overnight breads and if they can't sell all the bread today they will let the staff bring it back if they want,if not,it goes straight to charity,like those orphanage or retirement home and stuff. i mean,at least they are doing something good in helping the needy. unlike Malaysia,trying to poison you with their overnight bread. haha! anyways,just a random thought. afterall,it is RANDOMNESS right? =D
