today helped aunt in the kitchen for dinner
because relatives are coming over for dinner
we made rendang only to turned out like curry
as you ppl know,Australia doesn't have fresh santan like Malaysia
not as lucky as youhomosapiens ppl la
we normally buy the canned santan
so today my aunt took out 1 can because gonna use later for the rendang and to boil coconut rice(nasi lemak style)
so when she opened the can of santan that says 'coconut milk' and suppose to be a thick liquid
turned out it hardened like as if you put santan in the fridge and it comes out hard.
all because of the bloody cold weather =.="
so me and my aunt just stood there laughing like stupid until we figured that we'd throw some into the rendang coz it will defo melt in the boiling curry sauce
then the rest we put it into the rice to boil,thank god not fully hardened.
then later we wanted to add the kerisik paste(coconut paste + brown sugar) into the rendang and when my aunt cut open the packet,also hardened =.="
bloody cold weather,gonna spoiled everything soon! lolll
then later about 10.30pm i went into my room and when i opened the door
it felt like i've just walked into Antartica. bloody shit so freaking cold
then i checked,my aunt went and open the window because there was glaring sun in the arvo and we wanted the clothes to dry and also to air the room
she forgot to close it!! so have i!!
damn it..
so anyway i closed the window and went and took a shower and when i came in it was still very cold
i had to blow dry my hair anyway so thankfully after blow drying my hair,i felt warm..
man,damn epic day rite??! =.="
oh also,Heidi will be picking me up tomorrow arvo to the house she is house sitting in and i might stay there for a few days. we'll see how it goes. if i do stay there then i think i won't be online for a few days.
