Sorry about the effect,i tested it on my phone so this is the clearest pic i got of her!
Don't judge this girl by her looks, she is uber friendly, funny, loud, hyper and not to mention, CRAZY!
p/s. the effect is called Star Burst and it's actually a Jelly Lens where we have this plastic thingy with the effect and we stick it to the back of our phone and when we take pics,the effect appears. i bought this Jelly Lens effect.
